Step 1: Choose Your Vehicle

Begin your journey to owning a premium vehicle from MITSUI CO., LTD.!
Browse our inventory and select the vehicle that best suits your needs.

Then, choose:

  • The country where you’ll register the vehicle
  • The delivery port

The total price, including shipping, will be automatically calculated for full transparency.


Step 2: Submit Your Inquiry 📝

Contact Our Sales Team
Once you've found the ideal vehicle, click “Inquiry” on the vehicle detail page or scroll down to the form.

Enter Your Information:

  • Name
  • Nearest port
  • Address
  • Email
  • Phone number
  • Message (default: “Is this vehicle still available?”)

✅ Ready to buy?

Add: “I’m ready to purchase. Please send me the invoice for bank transfer payment.” Then click “Send to MITSUI teams”.


✅ Need guidance?

Write, for example: “I’m interested in this kei truck but new to importing. Could you guide me?” We’ll respond within 24 hours.

Step 3: Review Invoice & Select Payment Method

After receiving your invoice (PDF via email), review all details carefully. We offer two payment options:


✅ Bank Transfer

  • U.S. customers: Make payments to our U.S. domestic bank account for faster and simpler transfers.
  • International customers: Wire funds directly to our secure international bank account in Japan (Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation).

✅ Credit Card

A secure Stripe payment form will be sent to your email.


Step 4: Confirm Your Order & Make Your Payment

Pay the vehicle amount as listed in the invoice:


✅ Bank Transfer

After payment, email a TT copy (proof of transfer) to your sales rep or to mitsuicorporationltd@gmail.com.


✅ Credit Card

Pay via Stripe—the receipt will be issued by your card provider.


Once your payment is confirmed, your order is officially placed.


Step 5: Payment Confirmation & Shipping Preparation

Our shipping team

We’ll send a payment confirmation and thank-you email.

Our shipping team will contact you to finalize invoice and shipping details.

You’ll confirm your full name, address, and contact info.

We’ll prepare your Bill of Lading (BL) for shipment.


Step 6: Pre-Delivery Maintenance

Pre-Delivery Maintenance

(You can relax—this is our job.)

We perform in-house maintenance and cleaning based on Japanese roadworthiness standards.

A test drive follows to ensure smooth performance.

This process typically takes 7-10 days, though it may take longer if parts are needed.


Step 7: Shipping Booking

After test-driving, we book your shipment on RORO vessels, designed for safe and efficient vehicle transport.

Thanks to our strong shipping partnerships and extensive export experience, we secure the best schedule for your vehicle.

You’ll receive an email with booking details once confirmed (typically within 20 days).


Step 8: Transport to Japanese Port

We transfer your vehicle from our facility to Yokohama, Nagoya, or Kobe Port, often within one day.


Step 9: Departure & Document Dispatch

Your vehicle sails! Once departed, we issue the Bill of Lading (BL).


📩 You’ll receive via email:

  • A digital BL surrender file (official shipping certificate)

📬 And by post/DHL:

  • Original Export Certificate
  • Certified English translation
  • Invoice copy

These documents are important for customs and registration and will arrive before your vehicle. Please keep them safe.
